so many things happen this whole week
firstly in school, JS and me. P08 and us. thank god that everything has so call finally reach to an end however cuts and still cuts even though we had talk it out but what is done cannot be undone that feeling within us will always be there. AND I REALLY HATE THAT JS
today in under 16 team
conflicts and politics
argument and dislike
but all this make me realise something
my under 16 love each and other alots!!!!!!!
and i am so happy and proud of it.

teaching you guys make me really tired
there is alot of consideration i need to take, every move i take effect everyone of you, which never happen in the past cause i do things the way i feel like it should be done

but now, things are different

cause i must be responsible to every one of you, and this responsible is a huge one to me
however, I am really happy that i had taken this responsibility
even though alot of time i really feel like backing up
like just give up on you guys, give up coaching
but at least for now at this very moment, i think that whatever that i had done is worth it
i know that i maybe very fierce during training
scolding you all and stuff
but deep down inside it hurts

but then when i see you guys carrying out the punishment, especially when i knew that all of you are so drained out because of the training i felt so sad and deep down inside i know that all of you will be cursing me but i really hope that this will make you guys learn is for you own good, i will not gain the stamina, or skills that you learn during game but these will carry on with you for every game that you play and as you progress to under 18
few more weeks before you all go down there to show others what you have got
